I've tried to give this app some time to mature before writing a critical review, but there have been several releases in the last few weeks, none of which have addressed some fundamental flaws of the app. Notably: (1) If I check the "Would you accept a pool ride?" box, the price doesn't change. Why would a pool option even exist if it does not reduce the cost? (2) The ride amount is only an estimate, rather than a charge I can plan around. By contrast, Uber and Lyft will show me exact charges (which are usually lower than Lymousine,). Lymousine's model of requiring advance planning for the trip should make it easier to predict exact costs, not more difficult. (3) It's just a pet peeve, but I hate apps that ask me to confirm every time I hit the "Back" button to exit

It's really nice to have the personal and professional touch that this app gives you. You feel like you're paying a lot more! Definitely a notch above Uber and Lyft. Highly recommend!!
